...those small talks (I mean BOY talks, hahaha!) mini-get togethers, and chats while commuting and going home. She was a person with a good soul. Her spirit is vibrant. She is a woman of principles. Amidst all the adversities she's going through, she can still afford to have a laugh with friends, to have time for family and to share love with her kids. I didn't really know how our friendship started, but I guess it just happened. I think I'm totally blessed with that kind of magic. You've surely touched my life. Thanks Mommy Joan! Life at Work would be unimaginable had I not known Mommy Joan. We've been merely acquaintances before, and I was only knowing her by name through the e-mails. Then came the time when I was able to put a name to the face. My first impression of her was friendly, easily approachable, outgoing attitude... Over the coming days and months I soon get used to her down-to-earth kind of personality made her a prominent figure in the team. I made her my role model. Someone I would look up to. I even wished to be like her. She's dedicated with her work -- acing stats, metrics, and QAs. I was even so shy to be seatmates with her. Back in those days when a newbie like me hadn't known the real Joan, one would somehow feel indifferent. But no, I was very wrong. She helped me at countless times when I was struggling... She would offer me tips on how to make it good in our jobs, she would invite me to have lunch with her, and little things that would surely warm anybody's heart. I very much appreciate...
